Send an email to hello@getorlisse.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You do not need to explain at length - a brief note is fine.
Return initiated
Within 24 hours on weekdays we will send you details on where and how to return
Post your return
Pack the pillowcase securely and drop it at your nearest post office/parcelshop - Keep your proof of postage.
Receive your refund
Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 to 7 working days back to your original payment method. We will email you to confirm once it has been processed.
Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to decline refunds on items that have been damaged or misused. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect please email us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement.
